The symbols of Hum na Sutli are prescribed by Statutory Decision Statutarna odluka o grbu i zastavi Hum na Sutli, adopted by the Municipality Council on 18 February 2002 and published on 28 March 2002 in the County official gazette Službeni glasnik Krapinsko-zagorske županije, No. 5.

The flag is in proportions 1:2, blue with the coat of arms, bordered yellow, in the middle.

The coat of arms of Hum na Sutli is "Azure a glass bottle argent".
The bottle has a sphaeric body and a thin cylindrical neck. Glass production in Hum has long tradition, and laboratory glassware is still one of the most important products of the municipality.

The ceremonial flag is a blue gonfalon with three tails ending in triangles, bordered yellow and with golden tassels at each fly end. In the middle is the coat of arms, above the name of the municipality and below two linden branches.
