Overview

According to the French Navy Album, issue 2000 [pay00] - Minister of Defence (7:11) - National tricolour with the lesser coat of arms off-set to hoist (vertical axis of the coat of arms divides the length of the flag in 9:13, while the height of the coat of arms is 4/7 of hoist. Coat of arms used here is taken from <www.rk.ee> and resized as appropriate.
