Haabersti - Green refers to much greenery. Silver refers to light and mentality. Circle symbolizes balance, harmony and protection. Also is the shape of part of Haabersti -Va:ike-O~isma:e. Waves refer to Tiskre stream, Harku lake and sea. Adopted 26 March 1997. Ratio: 7:9.
