I found the site of the Juventude Ecologista de Angola (Ecologist Youth of Angola - JEA). The site includes, among other things, a drawing of the flag of what seems to be more a Luandese club than a nation-wide movement.
The flag is a LOB, white with a specifically designed symbol in the centre. It is to be noted that this symbol is *not* the group's logo, but the site gives no explanation for this. Indeed, the site is very short on explanations about the flag: all it says is that the flag was designed by Hugo Fernandes.
The symbolism is pretty obvious and also quite adecuate: the african hand holds a leaf, also protected by a rainbow. The idea that is expressed is one of balance between man and nature.
The site < http://www.info-net.net/jea/> (link is dead, ed.) includes, following the link "símbolos", more info about the other symbols of the movement, in portuguese.

Each leaf has its own significance:
Red: earth
Blue: water
Green: vegetation
