Emblem in 1955 (as Eva Perón province)

In 1955 Territory of La Pampa was upgraded to Province under name of Province Eva Perón, and adopted the Justicialist Party emblem as arms, but with the likeness of Eva in center (very similar to the contemporary arms of La Plata). In 1955, September 4th, Peron falls, and the military take the power ending the process.
Jaume Ollé, 30 Nov 2002

I believe that in this era the argentinian cities dont have flags own yet, only arms.
