Overview

Lukavac is a community in the Tuzla Canton. The coat of arms and the flag are shown on the commuinty official web site at <www.lukavac.ba>.
The coat of arms pictures "industrial" horizon dividing the shield in (light) blue over green, with yellow fleur-de-lis and two
mining hammers and in the middle a composed symbol (symbolising I believe chemical and textile industry), a bird and inscription LUKAVAC. All in bordered withing a yellow border. I believe that the symbol may be preceding 1990's, probably the five-pointed star was once in place of the fleur-de-lis, but at the moment this is just a hunch. However, I do not think that the flag would be that old, and I guess that it should be dated to late 1990's more or less.
The flag is vertically divided tricolour green-white-blue, the middle stripe being of the double width, with the coat of arms in the middle. (And yes, I counted five different shades of blue used here, though the actual flags may be less complicated.)
