Ronse (24,000 inhabitants) is located in the arrondissement of Oudenaarde.

The flag is: Party per pale, Vert and Argent, in chief of the pale Vert, inescutcheon, Or, a two-headed eagle Sable, armed and beaked Gules. Proportions are 2:3.

The flag was adopted on 17 November 1987.
