About the Flag of Vila Velha

The flag is red over blue-violet (possibly blue, but I followed the color in the source image) with the COA on a white triangle at the hoist. The coat of arms depicts the cross of the Order of Christ, a crowned Latin cross, and a seascape with a mountain.
