Dominion Command (Head Office for the Royal Canadian Legion's Canada) in Ottawa has now Recognized the Canadian POW * MIA's Flag for all of Canada and Canadian Veterans that have served in all conflicts Canada has taken part in down through the ages.

Also that Our Flag is in Ottawa with Veterans Affairs Canada trying to get a Bill passed on the Floor of the House making our Flag a Provincial flag for Nova Scotia at this time so I was told by our MLA Ron Russell here in Windsor Nova Scotia.

It can now be flown in parades but as yet Not as part of the Color Party until it has passed through Provincial and Federal regulations and been made an Official Flag in this way.

Any person wishing to carry the flag in Honour of a loved one that was lost, or has not returned from combat the family member can carry the flag at the rear of the color party, or a person that is a member of our organization POW * MIA's Canada All Wars can carry the flag also in Honour of those lost and not returned as yet.
