Héma-Québec is the provincial blood collection agency in Quebec. It was created to replace the Canadian Red Cross within the province following a tainted blood scandal in the 1990s.
The flag is simply a logo on a bedsheet, the logo being a red blood drop "supported" by a blue stylised letter "Q".
