Based on the French blazon, this could be worded "Azure a lightning bolt Or issuing from sinister, a Flag divided in Gules and Argent, with two Crosses counterchanged, affixed to a Hoist Gules with a Finial Or above the lightning bolt and mounted Mountain Vert, all crowned by two six-pointed Stars Or.
