Jirny municipality flag (proposal)

Jirny is in Praha-Vychod district, Central Bohemia, and its flag and CoA are on this website. It was adopted in April 1995, but not in Petr Exner's VexLex 1995...

The date '1995' is a year of the proposal, not adoption date. However, neither 1995 nor 1996 VexLex include that flag - possibly it has not been approved (owing to duplicity?).
