Description

The arms was adopted on 14 April 1983 and show (blazon): Per fess Or a lion issuant Sable armed and langued Gules and Gules on a fess Argent a sword Sable. The flag was adopted probably at the same time; it has the colours black-white-red and must bear the arms. Source: Wanka 1989 [wnk89].
