Kullamaa is a rural municipality (vald) in Laanemaa County (Maakond).

Kullamaa vald - Adopted 16 June, 1995. Two special form crosses refer to two ancient places Kullamaa and Koluvere. Golden and green color and golden coin refer to the name of municipality. Estonian kuld is gold, maa is land. Kullamaa is land of gold. Land is also this what have bring the wealth (gold) to the people.
