Description

According to the Manual del Estado Español (Handbook of the Spanish State, Spanish text only) by Editorial Lama:

Pascal Vagnat, 16 July 1999

The Cruz Laureada de San Fernando or Laureate Cross of Saint Ferdinand is the Spanish highest military decoration for valour.

Santiago Dotor, 22 November 1999

I found a picture of the provincial flag of Valladolid at the website of the Diputación Provincial (provincial council), once more a simple coat-of-arms on a crimson field. A very small image of the official provincial coat-of-arms can be seen here at the same website and a larger one here at José María Valladolid's civic heraldry website, though the wreath appears to be of a lighter shade than in the official model.

Santiago Dotor, 18 April 2001
