Red flag with two white right-angled triangles, one side of each against the hoist measuring 3/8 of the flag's height and separated from each other by 1/4 of the flag's height, and one vertex of each distant 1/6 [of the flag's length] from the fly and separated from each other by 1/12 of the flag's height.
