In the popular Internet cartoon Homestar Runner, the character Strong Bad rules over a vacant lot he calls "Strong Badia", which consists of little more than a section of fence, a tire leaning against the fence, a defaced stop sign with "Strong Badia Population: Tire" spray-painted on, and a flagpole with the "national" flag, as shown.
