Overview

The community of Kaatelir-Labinci (Italian name Castellier-Santa Domenica is also in official use) is in the central wester part of Istria, some 15 km west of Pazin, and 10 km north east fo Porec. The community was formed in 1997. Based on the community website at Opcina Kaatelir-Labinci/Comune Castellier-Santa Domenica <www.kastelir-labinci.hr> it seems that no flag is used and the coat of arms is used unofficially. It pictures the ruins of the castle Nigrinjan. The black-whiet image is available only.
