Drnia (Drnis^), `ibenik-Knin County - I saw the flag of the city flag on the TV news today. It is red with golden bordered Coat of Arms in the middle. Coat of Arms is semicircular (as the national Coat of Arms) white (silver) with a shepard clead red holding a staff leading a few sheeps proper. Possibly the shepart is representation of some saint.
The ceremonial flag is a red vertical banner with three rectangular tails ending in triangles. In the tails there is an ornament made of two vine branches with two grapes (one "pointing" up and the other down). The whole banner is boredred golden with fringe.

Drnia is a city in the `ibenik-Knin County, some 20 km inlands (i.e. northeast) of `ibenik, about 15,000 inhabitants, about a third in the city itself.
The symbols were adopted on 14th August 2000 as issued in the official gazette: Odluka o grbu i zastavi Grada Drniaa, 14.08.2000. Slu~beni vjesnik `ibensko-kninske ~upanije
The flag and Coat of Arms were seen afterwards also on Croatian TV 30 November 2001 and at <www.zamirnet.hr> (20.11.2003).
The coat of arms of Drnia is Argent St. Rocco (also known as St. Roch, in Croatian Sv. Rok) clead argent and cloaked gules ensigned with an escalop or pointing to a sore on his leg and holding a staff with a gourd or and standing by him a dog argent reguardant holding in jaws a laf or bread or. The charges refer to the legend on St. Rocco who fed a dog from a sore he made on his leg.
The flag is red with the coat of arms in the middle.
The Ceremonial Flag is red with the coat of amrs, the name of the city "GRAD DRNI`" above and the vine and oak ornaments in the trinagularly ending tails.
