The community of Majur is in Sisak-Moslavina County north of Kostajnica. On-line issue of the county official gazette (<www.glasial.hr>) contains a decision on amendemnts to the Statute of the Community: Odluka o izmjenama i dopunama Statuta Opcine Majur, 9.10.2001. Slu~beni vjesnik, br. 19/01
The amendments include descriptions of the CoA and the flag: Or an Ant Sable. The flag is red with the coat of arms in the middle. Ratio 1:2.
I was not able to find any images. As the decision do not include much else of amendments, these are probably due to the recent adoption of the symbols (or indeed these constitute the adoption itself).
