Overview

Community of Trpinja, Vukovar and Srijem County, Croatia - The coat of arms is Or a trefoil slipped Vert. The flag is most probably blue with the CoA in the middle. Possibly ceremonial flag include the name of the community above in yellow letters in two rows, as shown in image in the source captioned "sign of the community". I'd say it was adopted around 1998 (allowing a rather large marigin of "arroundness").
