Čačinci is a community in suotheast of the County, some 50 km from Virovitica, somewhat less the 4,000 inhabtants, some 2,500 in the town of the same name.
Coat of Arms of Čačinci include a mill stone and an thunderbolt.

The coat of arms is: vert a thunderbolt or piercing a mill stone argent. I am not sure to what the charges refer. The mill stone certainly refer to the modern mill with large siloses in the center of the village. The thunderbolt might sugest some from of power industry (hydro-dam or something), but I was unable to locate what it would be...
The flag is very dark green with the coat of arms in the middle bordered yellow.
