A yellow flag with narrow blue borders on top and bottom.
A site devoted to Indian Princely States ( http://www.uq.net.au/~zzhsoszy/ips/b/bharatpur.html ) shows the same flag charged with coat of arms. I'm not sure if this is official or maybe the ruler's flag.
