The Tokushima Prefecture Police flag was adopted on Mar 21st 2001 by Tokushima Prefecture Police Headquarters Orders No 6.
The dull blue flag has gold fringe charged with a gold sun and rays surrounded by white/deep purplish red bayberry as prefecture tree and its name in gold.
The flag proportions are 17:25.

The city emblem was adopted on Jan 9th 1909 but there is no flag law.
The blue flag is charged with white city emblem in the center.
The flag proportions are 2:3
The city emblem is composed of the former Tokushima Clan’s family crest of wide and thin horizontal stripes and stylized kanji 市 SHI = city which represents Tokushima city is the center of the prefecture.
