Municipal flag of Dobje

The flag and arms of Dobje are prescribed by decision Odlok o istovetnostnih simbolih Občine Dobje, adopted on 19 June 2000, and published in the official Slovene gazette Uradni list Republike Slovenije, 64/2000. Provisions that include the coat of arms and the flag, among other things, are included in the amended municipal statutes Spremembe in dopolnitve statuta Občine Dobje, adopted on 23 November 2001 and published in the official Slovene gazette Uradni list Republike Slovenije, 102/2001.

The symbols were designed by Valt Jurečič of Heraldika d.o.o. and Heraldica Slovenica, who kindly provided drawings from which the images shown on this page were made.

The flag is rectangular, in proportion 2:5, green with two white vertical stripes forming a square field in the middle of the flag, containing the attributes from the coat of arms.
