On 29 of September, 1920 the Government revised the flags. Navy ensign - red swallow-tailed with blue anchor and red star

The Naval War Flag was red, swallowtailed, and bore a red star, fimbriated white bearing a blue hammer and sickle superimposed on a blue anchor inscribed "RSFSR" on the cross bar in white. This flag was superceded in 1923 by the Naval War Flag of the Soviet Union.
