Flag of "Novoukrainskiy rayon" of Kirovograd region, Ukraine is based on <great.kw.ukrtel.net>. Blue and yellow colours from national flag. Stars - symbol of cosaccos. Triangle - mountainous relief (269 m). Circle - solar scythian ornament. Ratio 2:3.

Flag of Novoukrayinskyi rayon was adopted by local council on November 12, 2003. Administrative center of rayon (district) is town of Novoukrayinka.
