The flag the President of Uganda was adopted on 26 September 1963, prior to the establishment of Uganda as a republic on 9 October that year, the first anniversary of independence.

 In [smi80] this same flag is marked as "reconstruction", i.e. a design made after written description only and not confirmed in practice. So, after some 20 years, and since there is no comment made in A2K, can we assume that today this design has been "seen in use"? (Or confirmed in some other way).
