Description of the flag

A white flag, with a town seal in the center and the town name above and state name below. The seal bears an illustration of a native meeting a European and is surmounted by a yellow ribbon bearing the motto EDUCATION INDUSTRY PROGRESS. The town name and dates are written around the edge. Brockton is in Plymouth County.
